On June 26 at 1:00 p.m., a topping-out ceremony for the NOW investment took place on the construction site at 18 Dowborczyków St. The traditional ceremony symbolically concluded the construction phase of the investment. The event, organized by the general contractor FineTech Construction Group, brought together representatives of OKAM, the contractor and business partners.
– NOW is OKAM’s second residential investment in Łódź. After the very well-received Strefa PROGRESS, we continue to create new places to live, and the criteria we set for ourselves in this process are primarily the best locations, high quality of workmanship and accompanying services tailored to the modern lifestyle of future residents – commented OKAM CEO Arie Koren. – Thanks to the excellent cooperation with our general contractor, the first tenants will be able to collect the keys to the new apartments in the second quarter of next year – he added.
– This is yet another project by FineTech Construction Group for OKAM, which is based on shared values – the desire to build sustainable, aesthetic and technically exemplary investments. Achieving the closed shell stage of the NOW investment is an important moment for us. We are happy because the works are going according to schedule. Ahead of us is the stage related to finishing works inside the buildings – said during the ceremony the President of FineTech Construction Group, Włodzimierz Bogiel.
NOW is aimed at people looking for an apartment in the heart of the city, who value the combination of an urban lifestyle with high comfort. It is implemented in accordance with the New OKAM Quality Policy, which treats improvements improving the comfort of life and health of residents as a standard. As part of it, NOW residents will be able to use the fitness zone inside the building, as well as the space for recreation and meetings outside. The investment is being built on the plot of the former Meyerhoff factory and will be adjacent to the modern office complex ŁÓDŹ.WORK, already completed by OKAM. Designed with the utmost care, the elevations of NOW refer to the historical development of the neighbouring tenement houses. The investment is located in the New Centre of Łódź, an area developed since 2007 as a centre combining business, culture and transport. NCŁ is the largest investment of this type in Central Europe. This unique location will provide future residents of NOW with access to the vibrant city, cultural and entertainment points, restaurants and commercial facilities.
